Conditions of Sale

  1. Donation & Ticket Details: Donate a minimum of $18 per Golden Village Gold Class ticket, and Acme Associates Pte Ltd ("Acme") will cover the remaining amount for a charity from Acme’s pre-approved list.

  2. Ticket Limit: A maximum of 2 tickets per person is allowed.

  3. Proof of Transfer: Please provide a single screenshot of your bank transfer as proof to +(65)8338 8757 via WhatsApp, showing the last 4 digits of both your bank account number and the recipient charity’s bank account number.

  4. Transfer Remarks: In the transfer remarks, please include:

    1. "Acme Associates"

    2. Number of tickets (maximum of 2 per person)

  5. E-Voucher Delivery: Tickets, in the form of e-vouchers, will be sent to your provided email within 24 hours of submitting valid proof of transfer. Please include your email address when submitting proof.

  6. Purchase Window: The purchase window opens at 12:00 PM on 16 May 2025 and closes at 12:00 PM on 18 May 2025. Any transfers made after this time will not be eligible.​​

Terms and Conditions

  1. Tax Relief: Donations made through Golden Village Gold Class ticket purchases are not eligible for tax relief.

  2. Charity Beneficiaries: All proceeds will support Kwong Wai Shiu Hospital and Thye Hua Kwan Moral Charities.

  3. Eligibility: This offer is only available to Acme Associates Pte Ltd’s clients and employees.

  4. Invalid Submissions: In the case of invalid screenshots (e.g., missing details or illegible), Acme Associates Pte Ltd reserves the right to withhold ticket issuance.

  5. Data Privacy: Your personal information, including bank details and email address, will be used solely for this charity drive and will not be shared with third parties.

  6. Refund Policy: Donations are non-refundable once e-vouchers are issued.

  7. E-Voucher Usage: E-vouchers are valid for Golden Village Gold Class screenings and expire 12 months from the date of purchase.

  8. Legal Disclaimer: Acme Associates Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms or cancel the charity drive at its discretion.

KWSH, a 113-year-old charitable healthcare institution, provides critical care to the needy elderly, while THKMC, with over 70 impactful programs, supports diverse communities in need, reflecting our commitment to meaningful social impact.
