At Acme, Integrated Design & Engineering unifies Civil, Structural, Architectural (CSA), and Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) disciplines into a single coordinated design approach.

CSA defines the physical and structural integrity of the data centre, encompassing foundations, superstructure, envelopes, and spatial planning. MEP governs the lifeblood of the facility: power, cooling, controls, resilience and efficiency.

Acme Core integrates Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) design with MEP engineering to optimise energy performance from the ground up. By enhancing building envelopes and structural layouts for tropical environments, we reduce cooling demand before mechanical systems even come online.

Our MEP systems are engineered for real-world operating conditions, including partial loads, equipment ageing, and changing operational requirements. Acme brings large-scale immersion liquid cooling to your high-performance Data Centres. Engineered for GPU clusters, the platform cuts cooling energy use by up to 48% versus legacy clouds, enabling higher density, lower emissions, and greater reliability for next-generation compute.

Anchored in pure physics.

Designed for extreme compute loads, immersion cooling submerges servers directly in a non-conductive dielectric fluid, removing heat at its source far more efficiently than air.

 

Without reliance on air movement, the system operates in near-silence while maintaining stable temperatures across every component. The fluid circulates continuously, carrying thermal energy away with exceptional efficiency. The result is lower power draw, reduced mechanical stress, and hardware that runs cooler, longer, and more reliably even under sustained GPU workloads.

Two phases.

One immersed server.

Servers are immersed in a sealed tank filled with a dielectric fluid designed to boil at operating temperatures. As heat is generated, the fluid changes from liquid to vapour, rapidly absorbing and carrying thermal energy away from critical components.

The vapour is then condensed back into liquid and recirculated in a closed-loop cycle, enabling highly efficient heat removal compared to traditional air-cooled or single-phase liquid cooling systems.
