  •  Responsibilities 

    • Coordinate, create and edit BIM models. 

    • Prepare proposal, shop and as-built drawing. 

    • Conduct clash detection and conflict solution. 

    • Perform site survey and inspection to ensure precision of drawing. 

    • Liaise with contractors to update on any changes and new requirements. 

    • Propose model design drawings for contractors and vendor. 

    • Prepare and print out as-built drawings for OMM with accuracy. 

    • Follow-up as-built drawing based on feedback from clients and consultants. 

     

    Requirements 

    Degree/Diploma with at least 3 years of experience in BIM modelling using AutoCad, preferably in data centre or critical environment. 

    • MEP BIM 

       • Experienced in modelling and drafting M&E and Fire Protection Services 

       • Able to understand other trades that involve electrical and draw electrical drawings in layout and single line diagram. 

    • Architectural/Structural 

       • Experienced in modelling and drafting Architecture & Civil Structural 

       • Able to understand and draw architectural and structural models / drawings. 

    • Certification in workplace safety (eg. WSQ, WSH) preferred. 

    • Positive proactive attitude and ethical behaviour. 

    • Team player with ability to work independently and resolve challenges in a fast-paced environment. 

    • Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaborative skills.

  • Responsibilities 

    • Review technical drawings by contractors to ensure that industry compliance and requirements are met. 

    • Review Electrical Design Calculations to ensure compliance with relevant office standards. 

    • Write, share and upload the design brief to Sharepoint for respective projects. 

    • Liaise with relevant parties to ensure required reports are updated and completed according to agreed timeline (eg. FAT report, SAT report, Progress report etc). 

    • Review reports to ensure that the company’s and client’s requirements are met. 

    • Coordinate Authority Submissions and ensure regulatory compliance for ongoing projects. 

    • Coordinate and review with project team, consultants, contractors and vendors for Technical Submissions (TS), and ensure that specifications and requirements are met. 

    • Compile and update project-related documents, including the equipment list, procurement list, and asset list, across different stages of the project lifecycle. 

     

    Requirements 

    • Degree/Diploma with at least 1 year of experience in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, preferably in data centre or critical environment. 

     

    (Fresh degree/diploma holder can be considered) 

    • Certification in workplace safety (eg. WSQ, WSH) preferred. 

    • Positive proactive attitude and ethical behaviour. 

    • Team player with ability to work independently and resolve challenges in a fast-paced environment.

  • Responsibilities 

    • Provide support in daily facility operations and maintenance activities, and weekly/monthly report submission. 

    • Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to workplace safety and environmental standards 

    • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of critical systems including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and fire protection systems. 

    • Liaise with client engineering/operations team to ensure compliance to local regulations and safety standards and client’s company procedures. 

    • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of facility systems and equipment. 

    • Develop and implement contingency plans for system breakdowns or emergencies 

    • Provide 24/7 technical support during critical issues, such as electrical system failure. 

    • Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions and facility-related problems, coordinating with vendors and contractors as needed. 

    • Review “Events and Actions” on site and implement remedial actions where needed. 

    • Manage contractors work on site to ensure adherence to procedures. 

    • Be involved in co-ordination and liaison on contractor works, which includes 

       • Power Diversion 

       • Machine power up and down 

       • Machine roll in and out 

       • Update of Power Distribution Unit (PDU) / Machine listing 

       • Power tracing 

       • Equipment data logging and all other minor works which contribute to the well-being of the Data Centre or Site 

    • Collaborate with project team during the construction and commissioning phases to ensure that facility systems are installed correctly and meet operational requirements. 

    • Monitor and optimize energy usage to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs. 

     

    Requirements 

    • Degree/Diploma with at least 1 year of experience in facilities management / engineering, preferably in data centre or critical environment.  (ITE holder with relevant years of experience or fresh degree/diploma holder can be considered) 

    • Strong understanding of large-scale M&E facility infrastructure system and high level of accuracy and attention to detail in maintaining facility systems and documentation. 

    • Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and technical manuals, and handling preventive maintenance software and troubleshooting tools. 

    • Certification in workplace safety (eg. WSQ, WSH) preferred. 

    • Positive proactive attitude and ethical behaviour. 

    • Team player with ability to work independently and resolve challenges in a fast-paced environment.

  • Responsibilities 

    Onboarding & HR Admin 

    • Facilitate onboarding and orientation programmes to ensure a smooth integration of new hires into the organisation. 

    • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper documentation of personnel files in compliance with company policies. 

    • Monitor employee confirmation timelines and liaise with managers to ensure a seamless transition to the next employment milestone. 

    • Update and maintain records for Data Protection Trustmark (DPTM) and HR process tables. 

     

    Training & Development 

    • Coordinate and administer training programmes and matrix including onboarding, mandatory training, and developmental courses. 

    • Liaise with internal stakeholders and training providers to schedule and manage training activities. 

    • Track training attendance, completion, and training records. 

    • Support training grants administration (e.g., SSG, SkillsFuture, WSQ), where applicable. 

    • Support the rollout of learning initiatives aligned with organisational objectives. 

    • Prepare training letter for participants as and when required. 

    • Submit training invoice to finance department to ensure payment to training provider. 

     

    Administrative 

    • Handle name card printing and name stamp. 

    • Place order for stationery and office supplies, and manage renewal of office photocopiers. 

    • Set up and maintain record for office keys, duplicate keys if necessary. 

    • Be involved in Company events including 7th month prayer & purchase, order gift/wreath. 

    • Perform any other ad-hoc duties. 

     

    Requirements 

    • Degree/Diploma with at least 3 years of experience. (Fresh degree/diploma holder can be considered).

  • Responsibilities 

    • Oversee end-to-end implementation and management of assigned projects to ensure timely and quality delivery. 

    • Develop and prepare detailed work schedules upon award of the project. 

    • Coordinate and supervise vendors and sub-contractors to ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards. 

    • Review and ensure accuracy, orderliness and completeness of documentation from vendors and sub-contractors, including technical and material submissions. 

    • Monitor overall project progress and provide regular updates and status reports to management and clients. 

    • Conduct routine site inspections and manage work schedules to ensure smooth operations and timely execution. 

    • Identify potential issues or delays and implement appropriate solutions to mitigate risks. 

    • Prepare test scripts, schedules, and reports for Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and coordinate client invitations for witness testing. 

    • Liaise with consultants and clients for Integrated System Testing (IST), and coordinate all relevant stakeholders, including vendors, sub-contractors, and internal departments. 

    • Collaborate with the BIM team to identify and rectify discrepancies in construction drawings and ensure accuracy in as-built drawings. 

    • Work with the Project Administration team to prepare Operation & Maintenance Manuals (OMM) and project handover documentation.

    • Strong understanding of project management and high level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure smooth technical workflows. 

    • Proficiency in utilizing project management tools and methodologies. 

    • Certification in workplace safety (eg. WSQ, WSH) preferred.

  • Responsibilities 

    • Develop and implement Planned Preventive Measures (PPM) schedules for M&E systems. 

    • Ensure compliance with manufacturers’ guidelines, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. 

    • Carry out general maintenance of M&E equipment, eg. cooling tower, pumps, low voltage (LV) electrical distribution system, fire protection system etc. 

    • Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment logs, and service reports. 

    • Develop and maintain contingency plans for system breakdowns or emergencies. 

    • Provide 24/7 technical support during critical issues, such as critical equipment down. 

    • Diagnose and resolve faults or malfunctions in M&E systems. 

    • Perform repairs on general M&E equipment. 

    • Work closely with contractors or vendors when complex repairs are needed. 

    • Prepare detailed incident reports for maintenance issues. 

    • Manage inventory of spare parts, consumables, and tools. 

    • Coordinate with procurement for replenishing parts based on maintenance needs. 

    • Track equipment warranties and service contracts. 

    • Engage with building managers and tenants to address maintenance and A&A work requirements. 

    • Participate in site audits and inspections, ensuring quality and timeliness of maintenance work. 

    • Supervise on-site technicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and maintenance standards. 

    • Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to workplace safety and environmental standards. 

    • Conduct regular risk assessments and ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements 

    • Organize safety drills and routine inspections for emergency equipment. 

    • Ensure compliance with regulatory documentation, such as safety certifications and inspection records. 

     

    Requirements 

    • Degree/Diploma with at least 1 year of experience in engineering / technical support, preferably in data centre or critical environment. (ITE holder with relevant years of experience or fresh degree/diploma holder can be considered) 

    • Strong understanding of energy management, electrical services, ACMV services, software and ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical manuals with high level of accuracy and attention to detail in execution and documentation. 

    • Proficiency in control systems (BMS/EMS), server/network basics, and electrical/mechanical equipment monitoring. 

    • Certification in workplace safety (eg. WSQ, WSH) preferred. 

    • Experience in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
