Founder and CEO of Acme Associates since January 2026, Jennie Tan brings over 20 years of experience in the data centre industry. She leads the company’s vision, strategy, and growth, with a focus on quality, resilience, and sustainable infrastructure development.
CTO / Co-Founder
Lawrence Lim
Co-Founder and CTO of Acme Associates, Lawrence Lim leads the company’s technical direction and project delivery. He oversees end-to-end data centre execution, focusing on performance, reliability, scalability, and future-ready infrastructure design.

Serene Ang
Serene Ang leads financial strategy and shared services at Acme Associates, overseeing accounting, financial planning, tax, and governance. With over 30 years of finance experience, she supports the company’s operational stability and sustainable growth.
