January 5, 2021 (with effect Jan 1, 2021)
We began the battle against COVID-19 since January of last year. Since Singapore entered a two-month long circuit breaker in 2020, Acme Associates has been committed to providing our clients with the best possible means of quality service. Stepping up our game also meant discovering new ways to support our employees at sites and working at home. This includes Acme's efforts to source for more than 10,000 surgical masks and almost 100 litres of hand sanitisers in total. To protect yours and our employees' well-beings, we decided to temporarily cease operations at our headquarters and suspended all visits including essential ones.
As of 2021, our Headquarters in Singapore has been carrying out full operations with strict safe distancing measures in place. All our sites have also been carrying out essential regular maintenance works to ensure infrastructural stability and Data Center uptime. We wanted to share about how we’re carrying forward our commitment to care: how it’s informing our decision‑making, the significant steps we’re taking to keep everyone who visits one of our headquarters and sites safe, and the ways in which our facilities will look a little different.
Our approach to reopening our facilities
In every facility, we're focused on limiting occupancy and ensuring that all visitors and employees are safely distanced. We are renewing our focus on one‑on‑one, personalised service at our discussion rooms and large-capacity meeting areas.
We’re also taking some additional precautions in all of our facilities. Surgical face masks or masks, accompanied with a face shield will be required for all of our employees, and we will provide them to all visitors if they require one. All employees have been provided with at least 2 surgical masks per day. Before entering the facility, all visitors and employees are required to scan the designated TraceTogether-only SafeEntry QR code for contact-tracing purposes. Temperature checks will be also conducted at all entrances and our well-being ambassadors will screen for those with symptoms such as cough or fever. All ACME employees are required and have undergone the BCA WorkSafe Course to ensure that they are well informed of the precautionary measures to be taken at work.
Throughout the day, we are conducting enhanced cleanings that place special emphasis on all surfaces and highly trafficked areas. We’ve also taken this time to consider how we can serve our customers’ needs even more effectively.
the road ahead of us
Thank you for all you’re doing to support the COVID‑19 response — whether that’s volunteering, donating, showing gratitude towards our medical workers, or maintaining safe distancing to protect the health of others.
As we all look forward to better times in 2021, stay well, stay safe, and we hope to see you soon this year.
